Seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager Animal Medical Clinic of Gulf Gate is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing [clinic/hospital] operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the [clinic/hospital] and the well-being of the animals we care for. Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff. Qualifications: Previous management experience in a veterinary setting. Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front. Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
