Responsibilities Help find great talent with the experience and potential to make a difference for our customers and drive our business forward. Partner with managers to clarify the talent need and define success. Source candidates through new and innovative channels in a competitive market. Identify and present the best candidates for consideration. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to making a successful offer. Ensure compliance with our recruitment standards and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work or military experience. At least three years of experience in recruiting or related fields. Experience with interviewing and hiring processes. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Preferred: recruiting experience, leadership skills, sourcing top talent, agency or executive search background, influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills. Additional Information This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and at least eight office days per month. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges from $77,500 to $127,000 depending on location and experience. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), stock options, paid holidays, personal days, parental leave, tuition assistance, and more.
