UX Researcher

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements; Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide graphic design projects and enhance user experiences; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and project goals; Analyze research data to inform and optimize graphic design strategies, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly solutions. Masters degree in Interactive Design & Must have skills in User-Centered Design; Interactive Design Principles; Visual Communication; Collaboration and Cross-Disciplinary Communication; Research and Analysis; Workshop Facilitation; Prototyping and Iteration; and Problem-Solving and Creativity.
