Our 51 plus years in medium to high voltage electrical construction and other industrial projects as well as our rapid response capabilities enable us to mobilize on demand 24/7 to respond to emergencies experienced by power plants of all types within and outside of the United States.
EBIs expertise is in Isolated Phase Bus (IPB) installations, retrofit/modifications, inspection (online/offline), cleaning, and repair. Other specialized services our welders provide include:

- Online/on apparatus silver plating

**What will make you stand out:**
- Comfortable with extensive overnight travel
- 6-8 months in TIG Aluminum welding job is preferred
- 1 2 years in any TIG welding job, any metal
- Welding degree is preferred
- Finger trigger experience with welders is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong awareness of safety

- We have a 3 year training program to prepare you for power plant welding
- Travel to power plants to repair and maintain bus duct systems
- TIG Aluminum welding for majority of jobs
- Be ready for emergency work
- Comfortable with heights of 60ft or more
- Comfortable welding outdoors in varying climates
- Desire to learn and grow within the training program
- Comfortable with extensive overnight travel

**What we are looking for:**
- 6 months of experience as a TIG Welder
- 6 months of experience with TIG Aluminum
- Certification of Welding from accredited school is required
- Comfortable with heights
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to become certified in accordance with the companys welding procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of raw materials, welding processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods.
- Demonstrative ability to read and write processes.
- Physical ability to independently lift, carry or maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees.
- Demonstrative ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrative ability to use computers and shop reference manuals.
- Demonstrative knowledge of blueprint reading.
- Available and open to extensive overnight travel as deemed necessary.
