Job Details

• Effective Immediately, you MUST include your AGENCY Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs.
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
• Traveler must be willing to work MEMORIAL DAY AND WEEKEND BEFORE.

Job Requirements

• 2 years current OR experience
• Scrub experience preferred. Those RN's with circulate and scrub experience will receive first consideration.
• General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required.
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.

Schedule Information

• 8hrs non-billable orientation
• Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
• Call, Call-Back: 4$/hr, 1.25%

Unit Specific Information

• Unit Size: 8 beds
• Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs

Additional Details

• Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment), License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
