Do you want to get paid to refer people? With our recruitment program, the more people you "refer", the more money you make. And get this, you get 10% of each sale your refferal makes. You will also have the OPTION to TEACH your referrals how to become a recruiter and/or destination specialist (you can choose which of the two you want to hire).

Responsibilities (Includes but is not limited to):

⦿ Finding and growing your own referral base (with mentor assistance).

⦿ Refer destination planners and/or recruiters.

⦿ Building a healthy relationship with job boards for finding your referral base.

⦿ Utilize social media marketing.
