Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced English skills (written and spoken). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to design, coordinate, and monitor training programs. Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote and multicultural environment. Based in LATAM. Part-time availability. Desired Experience 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or employee engagement roles. Experience with onboarding processes, or internal training logistics is a plus. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee internal training and development programs across teams. Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives within the People & Culture team. Track training needs, participation, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with leaders to align training content with business goals and culture. Manage training schedules, materials, and communication with participants. Propose creative learning solutions to enhance engagement and professional growth.
