Trademark Attorney

Our client is a major firm, seeking a trademark attorney with at least 2 years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice group in Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, or Washington D.C. This is a non-partner track position. The salary for this role is between $140k to $185. This position is hybrid with 2-3 days/week in office and flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of trademark enforcement and prosecution experience.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• Strong credentials and excellent interpersonal skills; team focused.
