We’re seeking an energetic, reliable team player to join our growing team as a Tile Setter in Salt Lake City, UT. If you have experience with hand tools, a strong desire to learn new skills, and the physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, this role could be the perfect fit for you. As a Tile Setter, you’ll assist in measuring, cutting, and installing a wide variety of tiles for floors, walls, and other surfaces . Whether you’re experienced or new to the trade, we’ll provide hands-on training to help you develop valuable skills in tile setting, grouting, and finishing techniques. Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing surfaces for tile installation by cleaning and leveling.
• Measure, cut, and lay tiles according to design specifications.
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants.
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced.
• Assist in repairing or replacing damaged tiles.
• Maintain tools and workspaces in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and carry heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting tiles.
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites.
Pay
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday
