Job Description:

• As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing market share within a designated territory. You will manage relationships with key customers, including contractors, engineers, wholesalers, and distributors, within the water, water treatment, wastewater, plumbing, and HVAC sectors. This role requires a self-motivated, professional individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of wholesale distribution, selling, and sales process in these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Present and promote products and services to key decision-makers
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions for client needs
• Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback to management
• Provide ongoing customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the water, wastewater, plumbing, or HVAC industries
• Understanding of the water, wastewater, plumbing, and HVAC markets
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and manage relationships effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field experience preferred.
