Agile Scrum Master - Lead

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master - Lead with a strong background in front-end development, particularly in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS . This role is ideal for someone who started as a developer and transitioned into Agile leadership, bringing both technical expertise and deep Agile coaching experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the organization in Scrum adoption and Agile best practices.
• Plan and implement Scrum methodologies within the organization.
• Guide employees and stakeholders in understanding and practicing Scrum and empirical product development .
• Recommend improvements to increase the Scrum Team's productivity .
• Ensure the Product Owner effectively prioritizes the Product Backlog to maximize value.
• Facilitate Scrum events as needed, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in front-end development, including:
• Angular development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript .
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS .
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master , Agile Coach, or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product development cycles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
