Job Description
I am currently working with a highly regarded AM LAW ranked firm , who is actively looking to hire a tax attorney to join their practice group in St. Louis .
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with Partners across the firm's national practice group on a variety of transactional tax matters.
- You will handle matters that includes real estate investments and drafting tax memoranda on REIT taxation.
- You will work with investment banks active in the REIT industry and other real estate-related companies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- JD achieved at an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 2 years of tax credit experience - ideally gained in a large law firm setting.
- Strong academics.
- Licensed to practice in Illinois.
- Strong writing and case management skills.
