Overview:

A fast-paced and growing talent management firm is seeking a highly organized and driven Talent Coordinator to support its team of entertainment professionals. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on administrative support, client relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support talent managers in daily operations, including scheduling, travel coordination, and call sheets
• Assist with managing client calendars, submissions, and communications
• Maintain updated records of client activity, contracts, and deliverables
• Track industry news and casting opportunities relevant to client goals
• Help prepare materials for meetings and auditions
• Communicate professionally with agents, casting directors, producers, and clients

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in talent management, casting, agency, or related entertainment industry role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and common scheduling tools
• Passion for entertainment and supporting creative careers
