The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working closely with field teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with field leadership and project managers to forecast labor needs and align recruiting strategies with project timelines.
Actively source qualified candidates for roles such as equipment operators, laborers, CDL drivers, and other skilled trades through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications against project requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams; ensure clear and timely communication at every stage.
Track and manage candidates in the applicant tracking system, maintaining accurate records of interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
Support new hire onboarding by assisting with paperwork, pre-employment screenings, and coordinating start dates.
Attend and coordinate jobsite hiring events and community outreach efforts to attract local talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workforce development organizations, training centers, and community partners to develop craft labor pipelines.
Provide regular updates and reporting to hiring managers and leadership on recruiting progress, hiring metrics, and workforce trends.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up, professionalism, and clear communication.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to travel 10–15% to jobsites and local hiring events.
Comfortable working in both office and field settings.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job posting platforms, and digital sourcing tools preferred.
