Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing goals
Represent the company at national recruitment events
Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing industry a plus)
Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time management
Flexibility with hours and a passion for travel
