What the Talent Acquisition Coordinator Will Be Doing:

• Posting jobs, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates looped in
• Assisting with onboarding, orientation, and keeping benefits running smoothly (401k? Check. Health insurance? Covered.)
• Managing personnel files and I-9s like a champ

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification? Fantastic. If not, a solid understanding of HR practices and employment law will do the trick
• A sense of humor, an eye for detail, and the ability to keep a dozen plates spinning
