In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they receive outstanding support. Become part of our friendly and dynamic team, focused on customer satisfaction and collaboration! Your Responsibilities Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our products and services. Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
