Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance your support capabilities. Fluency in Swedish is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
