Auditing, reconciling, and growing the current database while locating potential IT candidates. Transfer LinkedIn contacts in to the ATS database. Scrape the web for IT candidates. Research, verify, and update current contact information. Resolve data conflicts. Analyze current ATS data- query management, manual data review, reconciliation Report generation and review Social Media behavioral forecasting.
