Job Overview

The Strategy & Operations, Associate Director, Kidney supports our US Kidney Business Unit (BU) in developing new treatments for Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) and APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD). This role involves critical planning and execution to build the US Kidney Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the US Kidney VP & BU Leadership to shape launch plans and manage launch activities.
Create high-impact presentations and communications for executives and teams.
Manage the annual and monthly budget processes for the BU.
Develop dashboards to report launch KPIs and monitor ROI of initiatives.
Lead key meetings ensuring decisions and actions are addressed.
Coordinate with HR on team initiatives, onboarding, and resource planning.
Act as liaison for cross-functional initiatives and meetings.
Lead post-project reviews and recommend process improvements.
Manage special projects and high-profile initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
8+ years in project management and strategic operations, preferably in healthcare/biopharmaceuticals.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $155,700 - $233,600, plus bonuses and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, educational assistance, and more.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid or On-Site options available, with flexibility depending on company policy.
