Machine Operator – Steel Manufacturing
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $18.00/hour (with potential for increases based on skill)
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift (will transition to 3rd Shift by early 2026)
- 2nd Shift
About the Role:
Join a growing steel manufacturer in Twinsburg and operate advanced production equipment, including coil lines, tube mills, slitters, and blanking/leveling machines. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor steel processing machines
- Maintain product quality and meet production standards
- Work closely with a team to meet daily goals
- Learn and adapt to different equipment and shifts as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to Twinsburg (not on the bus line)
- Willingness to train on different shifts if required
