Our Las Vegas office is growing, and we’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Staffing Recruiter at CitiStaff, you will play a key role in identifying, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure the best possible staffing solutions are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a variety of light industrial, clerical, and professional roles.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants based on qualifications and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with onboarding, including background checks, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork.
Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Attend job fairs, community events, and networking functions to promote CitiStaff’s brand.
Qualifications:
1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience (staffing agency experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet deadlines.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (Manatal, Bullhorn, etc.) is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
