Gentiva is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Overview:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse – On Call to join our team.
Reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior and will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient. You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team.
This is a full-time after hours on call position that involves working a couple weeknights and every other weekend. During the week the hours are 5pm-8am and every other weekend hours are Friday 5pm to Monday 8am.
