Your Role: As a Senior Natural Resource/Environmental Ecologist, you will:

• Conduct and manage project fieldwork within Power and Energy markets and watershed planning.
• Complete project reports within assigned timelines.
• Provide technical direction and maintain project files.
• Monitor project status and budgets.
• Perform and coordinate field work.
• Prepare, submit and obtain Section 404/ 401 approvals.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and responsible decision-making.
• Offer feedback on performance and represent V3 at professional events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in wildlife management, biology, ecology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience with wetland delineations, habitat evaluations, and regulatory agency coordination.
• Strong communication skills and project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Technical Proficiency:

• Microsoft Suite
• Arc GIS
• AutoCAD (preferred)
