Job Description

Our client, a global leader in the commercial facilities management industry, is seeking a Sr. Electrician to join their team. As a Sr. Electrician, you will be a part of the facilities maintenance team, providing electrical maintenance within an industrial plant. 

Job Title:  Sr. Electrician

Location:  Greer, South Carolina

What’s the Job?

• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools. 
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues (ballasts, bulbs, lighting timers, etc.).
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and determine the need for adjustments or repair.
• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code.

What’s Needed?

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. 
• Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial or commercial environment. 
• Experience with voltage up to 480. 
• Ability to use a multi meter. 
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand control circuits.
