Responsibilities
- Monitor servers, identify and address issues before they become problems or outages.
- Manage 24 SQL Servers with high activity per server.
- Focus on data replication from one server to others (one-to-many).
- Monitor overall server performance and diagnose performance issues.
- Work with SQL Server versions 2014 or 2017.
- Write scripts and use available monitoring tools to support operations.
- Write stored procedures for monitoring purposes (not for applications). Proficiency with T-SQL for debugging and reading data.
