About us:

Children's Therapy Network is an organization dedicated to providing specialized Pediatric Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies to children throughout the state of California in clinic, home and school settings.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an entry level Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of talented therapists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments and evaluations of patient communication and language skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are specific to each patient's needs
• Treat and advise on patients based on physician-approved treatment plans
• Provide various therapy interventions focusing on speech and language development
• Train and educate patients and families in skills related to diagnosis and treatment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (clinical fellowship welcome)
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking
• Computer literate and knowledgeable about electronic health records

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience in a related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Responsive to parent and care-giver concerns
• Experience supervising and mentoring other therapists.
