Qualifications We seek a team-oriented candidate with a degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Civil Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well. Education – graduation from an accredited college or university is required. Knowledge and ability to perform site inspections is required. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required. Skills and Abilities – desire to learn; ability to work independently and with client representatives and/or contractors; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed. Experience – 2-5 years of experience in Landfill and Solid Waste facility design projects combined with an education in Civil, Environmental, or Mining Engineering. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
