Job Description
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working folks to join our crew as Industrial Solar Installers.
Work Locations:
Jobs are based on where the project is, usually around Virginia Beach, Newport News, Richmond, and the Charlottesville area.
Schedule & Travel:
Must be able to travel.
When we’re working out of town, we leave early Monday morning and return Friday evening.
Sleeping accommodations are provided while on the road.
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience). OT!

Reliable and ready to work
Comfortable working outdoors and with tools
Experience in solar or construction is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation to the meeting/departure point
