Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be part of the marketing department supporting brand engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for social media, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct real-time social listening across platforms and utilize insights to engage with consumers.
• Collaborate with brand teams to execute organic channel and content strategies that align with business goals.
• Monitor and moderate social mentions to identify engagement opportunities and provide relevant insights.
• Create and manage social media content calendars, including copywriting and scheduling.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams for social-led activations.

What's Needed?

• In-depth understanding of the social media landscape and current consumer trends.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management for a brand or organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with social media tools such as Canva Pro and video editing software.
