What is Soccer Academy? Professional year-round coaching. You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff. Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education. Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches. Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports. Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of hours worked. Your weekly schedule will remain consistent over the course of the season (6-10 weeks).
