Adecco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Silk Screening Operator to a facility in Nashua, NH. This position requires experience with artwork scaling, editing, and product design, along with proficiency in reclaiming, recoating, exposing, and washing out silk screens. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in CorelDraw software and have hands-on experience in a silk screening environment.

Position: Silk Screening Operator
Location: Nashua, NH
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
Starting Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Support silk screening operations, primarily focused on sheet metal finished parts.
• Scale and edit artwork for silk screening and product designs.
• Reclaim, recoat, expose, and wash out silk screens as part of the screen preparation process.
• Operate silk screening equipment with a focus on quality and precision.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet product specifications and production timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper handling and storage of screens and materials.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues with silk screens, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Adhere to safety standards and guidelines throughout the production process.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in silk screening or related field, with knowledge of silk screen reclamation and coating processes.
• Proficiency in CorelDraw or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to various tasks as needed.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
