Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Hardie Siding Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with James Hardie fiber cement products and a solid understanding of exterior cladding systems. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:
Install James Hardie siding and trim according to manufacturer specifications
Read and interpret blueprints or work orders
Prepare worksite by setting up scaffolding, removing old siding, and ensuring proper surface preparation
Use tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and levels with precision
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and clients when necessary
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Hardie siding installation preferred
Strong knowledge of tools and materials used in siding applications
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs or scaffolding
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
