Beans & Brews Coffee House is now hiring part time Shift Leaders. We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible people that have a love for coffee and would enjoy learning more about the world of specialty coffee as well as basic management skills. The Shift Leader position is the entry-level management position at Beans & Brews. Shift Leaders are responsible for making sure the Coffee House is in compliance with Beans & Brews operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Beans & Brews Shift Leaders are expected to meet the requirements and perform the duties of a Beans & Brews Barista.
Shift Leaders are required to effectively manage shifts by prioritizing duties, managing people, and resolving day to day conflicts. Shift Leaders are required to learn cash management skills and basic POS, and Computer troubleshooting skills.
Shift Leaders must assist management in training and enforcing Beans & Brews policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Applicants must enjoy working with the public and have a friendly, outgoing personality. Retail and/or customer service experience is necessary. Shift Leader experience is preferred. The Shift Leader position is guest facing, therefore fluent English skills are required.
