Overview


The Senior Staff Officer will be responsible to provide daily supervision and direction working alongside of a team. Manages use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to plan. Conducts, and advises senior leadership and management officials on a wide range of complex administrative operational functions. Coordinates, monitors, and evaluates activities concerning administrative operational functions. Examines administrative operations and actions to identify and record best practices, inefficient practices, and recommends improvements. Facilitates the formulation, coordination, and integration of staff actions, tasks, and events. Provides administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level meetings and manages all lead conferences. Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
