Position Overview:

As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in programming and servicing cutting-edge smart home systems. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of high-profile projects, including private residences, luxury offices, hotels, and upscale real estate developments. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation: Program and install advanced smart lighting control systems in diverse projects.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to private clients, dealers, electricians, and distributors, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Technical Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of our equipment to address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Training & Resources: Equip distributors with essential tools and training for optimal system operation.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with customer service, logistics, and team members to foster a seamless service experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage customer complaints and oversee repairs or replacements of malfunctioning equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or relevant Electronics Technician qualification.
  • Experience: Proven background in customer service and technical support; experience programming low/high voltage systems is essential.
  • Licensing: Experience with 120V systems is a significant advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical orientation with experience in computerized environments.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously while managing time efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Native English proficiency is required.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
