We're hiring an experienced Senior Director, Global Material Handling to join our Cloud Operations Team. Reporting to the VP, Network Infrastructure, you will be responsible for: Strategic Leadership & Process Development: Building and leading a high-performing team to design and implement scalable material handling, asset management, and supply chain operations with best practices and reliability. Material Handling & Logistics Operations: Developing global strategies, optimizing vendor partnerships, and overseeing efficient end-to-end flow of materials, ensuring compliance with logistics and supply chain regulations. Asset & Inventory Management: Implementing systems for real-time asset tracking, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and mitigating supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted operations and reliability. Reporting & Stakeholder Visibility: Creating dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for leadership to optimize asset utilization, reduce costs, and meet audit/compliance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with technical, operations, and finance teams to align processes, tracking performance metrics, and delivering scalable solutions for global infrastructure needs. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or material handling for a globally distributed enterprise. Proven track record in developing and scaling asset tracking systems to support global infrastructure. Experience in managing global teams, vendors, and contractors to drive business outcomes. Strong background in inventory management, logistics, and service delivery in a data center or cloud infrastructure environment. U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.
