We’re hiring a Senior Creative Technologist for one of the most forward-thinking Creative Production teams working at the cutting edge of art, design, and generative AI . This is a unique opportunity for someone who blends technical depth with artistic instinct - someone who’s just as comfortable in Python as they are in Photoshop, and who thrives on shaping ideas into stunning visual outputs.
This role is ideal for a builder and a visionary - someone obsessed with emerging tools, excited to experiment, and ready to push the boundaries of creative tech.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the tech-creative bridge , ensuring bold creative visions are flawlessly executed.
Lead R&D for tools like ComfyUI, Blender , and GenAI platforms - integrate them into high-impact production workflows.
Collaborate with art directors, clients, and internal teams to shape concepts into executable pipelines.
Build scalable workflows for CGI/VFX campaigns and real-time content.
Stay on top of new tools, trends, and platforms - and introduce what’s next before anyone else.
Mentor creatives and developers, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation .
Evaluate and manage the creative tech stack , including negotiating enterprise licenses.
Experience:
5+ years in creative tech, VFX, or CGI with a portfolio of innovative, experimental work.
A hybrid mindset - whether you come from design with technical chops, or tech with strong creative instincts.
Experience working with brands, agencies, or cross-functional teams on high-end visual projects.
Technical Fluency:
You don’t need to know everything , but you should be highly skilled in several of the below:
Generative AI : MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, KlingAI
Interfaces : ComfyUI, Automatic1111
Scripting : Python (basic–intermediate)
Design & 3D Tools : Blender, Maya, C4D, Houdini, Photoshop, After Effects
VFX & CGI Pipelines : For short-form, high-end creative, or advertising content
LLMs & Other Tools : ChatGPT, Llama, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Krita, ElevenLabs
