**Job Details**
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, from initial conception and
planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and
completion.
2. Manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors,
engineers, architects, and field staff.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all
administrative tasks and site activities.
4. Monitor project progress, ensuring that work quality and techniques are in
line with company standards and client requirements.
5. Manage the project budget, including risk analysis and mitigation
strategies.
6. Coordinate and liaise with clients, stakeholders, local authorities, and
utility providers to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Manage the procurement process, including the selection and management of
suppliers and subcontractors.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
9. Conduct regular site inspections and project reviews to monitor and report
on progress and quality.
10. Resolve any issues or delays that may affect project delivery.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in project management within the
construction industry, with a focus on commercial construction—ground-up
experience in industrial, renewable energy, oil and gas, PEMB experience .
2. Design-build experience preferred
3. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from
start to finish.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal
regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to
motivate and direct a team.
6. A bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or
related field is preferred.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective
solutions to construction project challenges.
8. Proficient in project management software-Procore and Bluebeam
9. Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to manage
project budgets effectively.
10. PMP or similar certification is preferred.
