Senior Account Technical Leader, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted): Collaborate with clients and seller partners to assist with solutions to the hardest technology challenges. Understand the current business and technology challenges faced by stakeholders in the financial services and insurance ecosystem. Translate detailed and complex technical concepts to client and internal stakeholders at every level of communications. Work with technical and architectural expertise across a variety of technologies including GenAI and foundational models, data and analytics, cloud (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure - with general VMware and container skills), business automation, and infrastructure (including System z). Coordinate a variety of technical sales talent through demand generation, deal progression, post-close deployment. Conduct in-depth technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to demonstrate the business value of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and hybrid cloud solutions. Design and deliver comprehensive technical roadmaps aligning client business goals with advanced solutions. Provide technical guidance to optimize the performance of client infrastructure and applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with global product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of tailored client solutions across multiple platforms and ecosystems. Analyze market trends and evolving technologies to provide clients with strategic insights. Utilize: Generative AI platforms, Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Python. Required: Five (5) years of IT experience and two (2) years of experience as an Account Technical Lead or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Generative AI platforms, Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Python. $212018 to $250000 per year.
