We are hiring a Full-time Security Site Supervisor for OPPD at 444 S 16th St in Omaha, NE.Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $26.52 / hour
• Schedule: Evening Shift / 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm / Wednesday - Sunday
• Duties: Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will liaise between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
Qualifications: REQUIRED (No exceptions)
• Experience: 2+ years of supervisor experience, leadership skills in managing 15+ employees.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both electronic and verbal. Organization and Problem-solving skills are REQUIRED. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
