Primary Responsibilities:

1. Package completed products (fill, cap, label, etc.) in accordance with company SOPs and policies, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cGMP compliance
2. Set-up, operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment in compliance with industry standards; troubleshoot equipment when applicable
3. Adhere to safety requirements; Wear and maintain appropriate PPE – company provided uniforms, lab coats, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, hair nets, shoe booties, etc.
4. Complete tasks within a team environment – participate in the training of new employees, communicate on procedures and processes, etc.
5. Complete necessary paperwork, such as batch records and production records, in accordance with company practices and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
6. Ensure all procedures and practices adhere to Particle Dynamics high quality standards
7. Operate material handling equipment - forklift, pallet jack, etc.

Requirements:

1. Daily standing and moving – 70-90%
2. Pushing, pulling, bending, turning, grasping – 70-90%
3. Stoop, kneel, crouch – 70-90%
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
5. High School Diploma/GED
6. Basic math skills
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
