6 month contract to hire

$63/hour for the contract

First 3 months on site, then the position will be a 3 day hybrid model

Candidates must be in the Irving, TX area

Scrum Master – Mobile Development Project

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join a fast-paced mobile development team working on cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within agile development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion agile practices and guide one or two development teams through Scrum frameworks.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring productive and time-boxed sessions.
• Foster continuous improvement through insightful retrospectives and team collaboration.
• Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and shield the team from distractions.
• Partner with Product Owners to enable effective product planning and delivery.
• Educate and promote Agile best practices to encourage positive team culture.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of professional experience, including 1-2 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• 1-2 years of mobile development project experience (React Native preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a track record of being a proactive team driver.
• Experience working with diverse teams across on-site, off-site, and offshore models.
• Basic testing knowledge and query-running skills are a plus.
• A balanced approach to applying processes without getting bogged down by rigidity.
