Exciting Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Opportunity in Lancaster, CA!

Are you a compassionate LVN eager to support students' health and well-being? We have a full-time opportunity in Lancaster, CA, for the upcoming academic year. We are seeking a committed professional proficient in G-tube feedings, female catheterizations, diabetes management, and trach care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer G-tube feedings and ensure proper care.
• Perform female catheterizations with proficiency and sensitivity.
• Manage diabetes care, including monitoring blood sugar levels and administering insulin.
• Provide tracheostomy care, including cleaning and maintaining the trach tube.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support students' health needs.
• Document and maintain accurate health records.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid California LVN license.
• Proficiency in G-tube feedings, female catheterizations, diabetes management, and trach care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.

• Hours: 6.75 hours per day; 7:30 AM - 2:45 PM daily
