Must be someone of high integrity, hard working, and skilled in all areas of School Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual, as we have an amazing team and need someone to take the lead and help us have a safe and well maintained campus for our students! We need you to complete our talented team!

Position opportunities include but are not limited to:

• Maintenance and oversight of an elementary school campus of approx. 7 acres/35,000 square feet
• State and federal compliance and documentation
• Facility vendor management: research, bidding, and selection recommendations for supplies and services needed.
• Reporting to and special projects from CEO and Board of Directors
• Policy and practice suggestions according to industry best standards and research
• Management of facility/maintenance crews, both employee and vendor
• Campus safety oversight: Safety, Fire, Emergency Response plans and implementation/oversight
• Coordinate and implement preventative &/or required maintenance projects once approved by CEO
• Responder for school alarm/police calls and must be available for after hour/weekend campus needs as they come up to include vendor schedules
• Oversee fire inspection and ensure fire code compliance
• Support the set up and break down of classrooms
• Support school events during the day and at night/weekend - secure rentals and manage safety and facility coordination.
• Traffic control as needed
• COVID-19 and other illness sanitization oversight and coordination
• Daily campus oversight to include daily cleaning and quick response for needs that arise
• Must be willing and background eligible to occasionally supervise students doing service work and project
