Make a meaningful impact every day! We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, school-based roles in Carlsbad, CA for the 2025–2026 school year.
\n\nCNA Position Details:
\n\nStart Date: ASAP
\n\t\n\tSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours
\n\t\n\tDuration: Full 2025–2026 school year
\n\t\n\tLocation: Carlsbad, CA
\n\t\n\tPay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill set)
\n\t\n\tSupport Provided: Work under the supervision of an LVN, District Nurse, and/or classroom teacher
\n\t\nCNA Primary Responsibilities:
\n\nProvide one-on-one or classroom-based health support for students across all grade levels
\n\t\n\tAssist with toileting, diapering, and hygiene support
\n\t\n\tSupport district nurses during g-tube feedings (CNAs will not perform g-tube feedings directly)
\n\t\n\tMonitor and report student health status to the nursing team
\n\t\n\tAssist with student transfers and mobility as needed
\n\t\n\tEscort students to and from the health office or classroom
\n\t\n\tProvide general care and supervision during school hours
\n\t\n\tCommunicate effectively with school staff, nurses, and parents when appropriate
\n\t\n\tHelp ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students
\n\t\nCNA Qualifications:
\n\nCurrent CNA certification in California (preferred, but not required)
\n\t\n\tComfortable with toileting and assisting during g-tube feedings
\n\t\n\tPrevious experience with children, special education, or in school settings is a plus
\n\t\n\tReliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
