Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end completion of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Communication & Collaboration : Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders from cross-geography teams, ensuring that stakeholders are informed at all stages of the project and aligned to ensure smooth operations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely interventions to keep the project on track.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders across geographies to drive collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance and Delivery: Ensure all project deliverables meet organizational and quality standards and are delivered on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- SAP Experience: Proven experience with SAP S4/Hana and SCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and QTC.
- Project Management: Expertise in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management. Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or related industries.
- Manufacturing Experience: Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Global Team Collaboration: Willingness to take calls early morning/late at night as needed for global team coordination.
- Executive Presence: Ability to hold your own with stakeholders and SMEs, demonstrating strong executive presence.
- Communication Skills: Articulate and succinct in both written and verbal communication.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Geography Skills: Experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams across different time zones, regions, and remote collaboration challenges.
