Job Description

• 7-10 years of programming/systems analysis experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform configuration experience (Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, App Cloud, experienced with both declarative and programmatic configuration).
• 5+ years of experience working in development, interacting with clients and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
• Experience in designing and building cloud apps.
• Deep knowledge and experience (4+ years) with Salesforce's suite of products across all SDLC phases.
• Thorough understanding of SaaS data models, design considerations, and connected web services.
• Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage.
• Working experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation.
• Experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
• Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Good experience in implementing and supporting large scale complex solutions and integrations of Salesforce with other platforms and technologies.
• Requires practical experience with ETL tools and/or Data Integration products (Informatica, Dell Boomi, Pervasive, WebMethods, Castiron, Biztalk, etc.).
• The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision.
• Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards, and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
