About the role

As a Salesforce FSL Developer Lead, you will be responsible for engineering, architecting, and delivering premier solutions for our customers, producing enterprise-standard implementations demonstrating the platform's full capabilities, and leading delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions on Salesforce.com. You will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions involving complex UX/UI, real-time and batch integrations, water-tight security, and custom automation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce FSL Developer Lead include:

• Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients to understand business processes and constraints.
• Design robust, scalable, and flexible solution architectures for various customer projects.
• Develop and validate estimates to support project scope and change orders.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven experience Implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, including configuration of scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.

- Expertise knowledge in FSL - Schedule automation and Optimization, enhanced scheduling and Optimization

• Solid experience in analyzing the existing solutions and transforming/ merge to FSL OOB functionalities
• Manage expectations and communicate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A proven background working on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong business analyst skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and technical implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.

3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce FSL solutions by handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in systems development and related business consulting.

Salesforce Certified must (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant)

Nice to have:

Expertise in one or multiples of → Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect)

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000– 175,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
