Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: Lehi, UT

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Platform Developer I certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, security model, and coding guidelines.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura / LWC components.
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Diligent and acts promptly.
• Interactive and maintains effective working relationships.
• Embraces change and maintains a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates operational awareness in problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Capture, design, and implement Salesforce platform solutions using best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and user support.
• Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts on application design and practice development.
• Execute unit, performance, and user acceptance tests to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Communicate risks and vulnerabilities to engineering staff through training and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineers on solutions, providing hands-on expert level assistance on technical issues.
• Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with industry best practices.
• Present technical solutions to peers and senior management with clarity.
• Independently solve technical problems in the assigned area.
